Common questions about plans

When can I book a plan?

Online booking via Stripe starts with public launch on July 1, 2026. Until then we onboard planners through the closed beta — with founder pricing and personal onboarding.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. After launch, upgrading from Starter to Professional or changing billing interval works in the customer portal — no duplicate subscription.

Do I need more than 3 team seats?

Professional includes up to 3 team seats. If you outgrow that, contact us — we’ll find a fit.

Are couple logins charged extra?

No. Contributor and couple access per wedding is included — not billed per login.
